Workflow Flexibility and Improved AI Apps​

This release brings usability improvements across workflows, AI Apps, and Excel mapping. From more flexible workflow copying to better Excel step controls, these updates make everyday work more efficient.

Improvements​

More Flexible Workflow Copying​

  • Choose workflow type when copying: When you copy a workflow, you can choose whether the new workflow is a Standard or Express workflow.
  • Long running mode: You can turn long running mode (for workflows that take a long time to finish) on or off in the copy dialog, independently of the original workflow.

Workflow Groups and AI Apps​

  • Duplicate name check: Creating a workflow group now checks whether the name is already in use before saving.
  • More images per message: AI Apps now accept up to 3 images per message, so you can give more context.

Fixed​

  • Grouped By and M3 Filter selector: The Grouped By button and the M3 Filter target selector are only shown for the workflow types where they apply.
  • Column header menu: The Excel column header menu is always available instead of appearing only when you hover.
  • Mapping information popover: The mapping information popover starts fresh each time you open it.
