Vince Platform
Vince Platform is a workflow automation and app-building tool for supply chain and operations teams. It connects to your business systems, automates repetitive processes, and puts results in the hands of the people who need them — without requiring a development team for every change.
What you can do
Automate with Workflows
Build multi-step automated processes that connect to your ERP, cloud services, spreadsheets, and other systems. Workflows can be triggered on demand, on a schedule, or via inbound webhook. Results can be written back to any connected system, stored in Tables, or surfaced to users through notifications.
Store and query data with Tables
Tables give you a lightweight database inside Vince Platform. Use them to store reference data, intermediate results, or any information your workflows need to share across runs — no external database required.
Build interfaces with App Builder
App Builder lets you create business applications using natural language. Describe what you want, and the AI generates an interface backed by your data and workflows. Publish it for users in your organisation without writing frontend code.
Run workflows in Excel with VXL Live
VXL Live is an Excel Add-in that surfaces Vince Platform workflows directly inside Microsoft Excel. Users select a workflow, provide inputs from a familiar spreadsheet environment, and run it without leaving Excel.

Get answers with Ask Frøy
Ask Frøy in the header knows where you are in the platform and answers questions about features, workflows and settings, with links to the documentation. In the Transform step it can also write and fix JSONata expressions (the expression language used there to reshape data).

Manage users, connections, and settings
Administration covers everything needed to keep the platform running securely: user accounts, roles, connections to external systems, schedules, variables, webhooks, SSO, and SCIM provisioning.
