Big Update: Smoother AI App Building, Smarter Excel Handling, and Refined Platform UX​

This release brings a polish pass across AI Apps, workflows, and the platform experience. From cleaner App Builder screens to improved Excel handling and workflow usability, these updates make everyday work smoother and clearer.

Improvements​

Refined App Builder Experience​

  • Cleaner, more compact layout: Version information now appears in the build header. Chat bubbles, buttons, preview panels, and empty states have also been refined.
  • Simpler toolbar: While you are building, the toolbar shows only the most relevant actions.
  • Improved device preview picker: Better tooltips, hover effects, and a loading indicator when you remove a custom device.
  • Distinct dashboard and workflow icons: Dashboards and workflows now have their own icons in menus and widgets.

Excel step​

  • Safer row setup: Source and Target row settings are tracked separately, and you get a warning if either tab has changes you have not applied.
  • Improved Apply button: The Apply button is disabled while changes load and shows a loading indicator.
  • Description-only templates: Templates with only description rows and no field codes are supported. Columns are created from the descriptions.
  • Horizontal layouts: In horizontal layouts, labels sit to the left of the value cells. A clear message appears if there is not enough space.

M3 API and Access Management​

  • Clearer empty state: When no environment is selected, the M3 API step asks you to choose one instead of showing an empty screen.
  • Identity provider setup progress: Setting up a new identity provider shows a "configuring" message and waits for setup to finish before moving on.
  • Improved role selector: Clearer labels and placeholders, a better layout, and no limit on how many selections are shown.

Fixed​

  • Label colors: App labels use the same tag colors in the application list and the editor.
  • Fresh template uploads: Uploading a new Excel template resets the previous settings, so each upload starts clean.
  • Stable validation messages: Validation messages in the Excel step appear in a fixed place, so buttons and layout do not shift.
  • Transaction mapping: Adding a new M3 API transaction only carries over the relevant field mappings.
  • Table deletion message: The confirmation explains that deleting a table can take up to 6 hours, and that the table shows "Deleting in progress..." in the meantime.
  • Visual refinements: Buttons and borders across the platform have a cleaner, more consistent look.
