Big Update: A Smoother Administration Experience and Smarter Workflows

This release focuses on making administration simpler, navigation clearer, and workflows more efficient. From a redesigned Administration area to a dedicated table data view and smarter generated apps, these updates are all about reducing friction and helping you move faster with confidence.

New features

Administration home page

A new overview page shows how many Users, Roles and API Clients you have, with one-click access to manage each.

Improvements

Centralized Administration area

All administration features are now grouped under a single Administration entry in the top menu. A new searchable, collapsible sidebar lets you jump between sections quickly.

Dedicated table data view

Table data now opens on a full page instead of a pop-up. You can search, sort and browse records, and selecting a row opens a detail panel on the right so you keep your place.

Users, roles and API clients

  • Cleaner user profile page: User details, roles and tags are shown in separate sections.
  • Simpler role assignment: Add or remove roles in a focused dialog. If a user has no roles, a short prompt explains what roles are and how to assign them.
  • Easier tag management: Tags (name and value pairs that control which data a user can see) are managed in their own dialog, which checks for duplicate names and missing values.
  • Filter by user status: Switch between All, Active and Deactivated users with one click.
  • Improved permissions editor: The permissions table is redesigned to be easier to read.
  • Assign roles from the API client form: Choose roles directly in the form, without going to another page.

App Builder

  • Background workflows: Generated apps can start workflows that run in the background and return their result when done, so longer tasks do not block the screen.

Workflows and schedules

  • Smarter M3 API step suggestions: When a workflow has several M3 API calls, input fields from earlier steps are suggested in later steps, which saves repeated setup.
  • Schedule status icons: The Active, Disabled and Expired statuses now have icons, so long lists are easier to scan.

Fixed

  • Messages beside the fields: Forms for Connections, Environments and Webhooks show error messages next to the field they concern.
