Big Update: Faster App Creation, Better Organization, and Improved Workflow Visibility​

This release makes app development faster, content easier to organise, and workflows simpler to manage. From copying apps and labelling resources to a better AI prompt editor and clearer workflow lists, these updates help streamline everyday work across the platform.

New features​

Copy Existing Apps​

You can now create a copy of an existing app and use it as the starting point for a new one. Resources, assets, workflows, and roles are copied too, so building similar apps takes much less effort.

Improvements​

AI Apps​

  • Resource labels and filtering: Add labels to resources to organise them, and filter by label to find them quickly.
  • Better AI prompt editor: The prompt box grows automatically for longer prompts, can be resized, and can be opened full screen.
  • See who changed what: The Apps overview shows who created each app and who last changed it, with creation and last modified dates. You can sort by these columns.
  • New app filters: Filter the Apps overview by label, creator, and last editor to find apps faster in a large collection.

Workflows​

  • Labels in workflow lists: Labels are shown directly in workflow lists, so workflows are easier to recognise at a glance.
  • Recently viewed first: Recently viewed workflows now appear before favorites, so you can quickly get back to your latest work.
  • Excel field mapping warning: The Excel step warns you more clearly when no input or output field is mapped.

Platform​

  • Help & Resources navigation: Help and resource links are grouped under Help & Resources in Administration and marked with an external-link icon.
  • Table indexing notifications: You are notified, with the table name and reason, if a table cannot be indexed (made searchable), so you can act on it quickly.

Fixed​

  • Workflow link in table management: Tables created by a workflow show the workflow name with a link in table management.
