Schedules

The Schedules page provides a tenant-wide view of every scheduled workflow run. Use it to monitor upcoming executions, check schedule health, and adjust timing or disable schedules that are no longer needed.

The schedules list

Next ExecutionWhen the workflow will next run automatically
Schedule RunsThe schedule in plain words, for example "At 08:00 AM, only on Monday"

Schedule statuses

StatusMeaning
ActiveThe schedule is running normally and will trigger at the next scheduled time
ExpiredThe schedule's end date has passed — it will not trigger again
DisabledThe schedule has been manually disabled and will not trigger until re-enabled

Editing a schedule

Click the edit action on a schedule row to open the schedule editor:

FieldDescription
Start DateWhen the schedule becomes active
End DateWhen the schedule stops running — leave empty for an indefinite schedule
TimezoneThe timezone used to interpret the start time and frequency
FrequencyHow often the workflow runs — see options below

Frequency options

FrequencyWhat it does
YearlyRuns once per year on the specified date
MonthlyRuns once per month on the specified day
WeeklyRuns once per week on the specified day(s)
HourlyRuns every hour, or at a specific minute past each hour
MinutelyRuns every N minutes

Next Runs preview

The editor shows a Next Runs preview — a list of the next six execution times, in the selected timezone, based on the current settings. Use this to confirm the schedule will trigger when you expect before saving.

Disabling and re-enabling a schedule

Click the disable action on a schedule row to pause it without deleting it. A disabled schedule can be re-enabled at any time by editing it and setting the status back to Active.

Use this when a schedule should be paused temporarily — for example, during a data migration or a maintenance window.
