Workflow Management

Workflow Management holds the settings that apply across all workflows in your organisation, plus tools to build M3 workflows quickly and to keep an eye on how workflows run.

Go to Administration → Workflow Management. Clicking the Workflow Management heading itself opens Workflow Statistics.

In this section​

  • Groups — organise workflows into named collections that users see in VXL Live
  • Schedules — run workflows automatically at set times
  • Variables — shared values that workflows can read
  • M3 Workflow Builder — generate a ready-made workflow for one Infor M3 transaction, for use in App Builder
  • Workflow Monitoring — find failed workflow runs and retry or verify them
