Workflow Statistics
The Workflow Statistics page gives an overview of every workflow's execution history in the tenant — how many times each ran, when the last success and failure occurred, and how to access detailed logs.
note
Workflow Statistics is found under Administration → Workflow Management in the navigation (click the Workflow Management header), not under the main Workflows section.
The statistics table
Each row represents one workflow and shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The workflow's display name |
| Last Execution Time | When the workflow last ran, regardless of outcome |
| Last Successful Time | The most recent run that completed successfully |
| Last Failed Time | The most recent run that ended in failure |
| Total Runs | Execution counts broken down into total, successful, and failed |
| Actions | Edit and View Log options |
Actions
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Edit | Opens the workflow builder for this workflow |
| View Log | Opens the execution log for this workflow |
Using the statistics page
The statistics table is most useful for:
- Identifying workflows with a high failure rate that need investigation
- Confirming that scheduled workflows ran at the expected time
- Auditing which workflows are actively used versus unused
- Spotting workflows that have never run after being created
tip
If a workflow shows repeated failures at the same time each day, check whether the source system (M3, SharePoint, external API) experiences maintenance windows that overlap with the schedule.
