Notifications

Vince Platform displays in-app notifications to keep users informed about the outcome of their workflow runs — without requiring them to stay on a page or refresh to check.

When notifications appear​

A notification is generated each time a workflow run completes or fails. Notifications are personal — you are notified about your own runs only, not other users' activity.

Notifications are delivered in real time. No page refresh is needed to see new alerts.

The notification indicator​

A badge indicator appears in the Vince Platform header when you have unread notifications. The badge updates automatically as new notifications arrive.

Click the indicator to open the notification panel and view a list of recent alerts.

Acting on a notification​

Each notification shows the workflow that ran and whether it completed successfully or failed. Click through to navigate directly to the relevant workflow log, where you can see a full step-by-step execution trace — including error details on failed runs.
