Profile
The Profile Settings page holds your personal details and preferences. Open it from the user menu in the top header (My profile).
Changes apply only to your own account. Click Save to store them — a "Preferences saved successfully!" message confirms it. Cancel returns to the previous page without saving.
Your details

| Vince Platform Knowledge Level | How familiar you are with Vince Platform. Ask Frøy uses it to decide how much detail to give |
The knowledge level options are Just Starting - Beginner, Some Experience - Intermediate, Pretty Confident - Advanced, and I Use This all the Time - Expert. See Ask Frøy for what each means.
If the helper is open when you save, it picks up the new department and level straight away.
Table and data formatting

Two expandable sections at the bottom of the page:
- Cookie Consent — Necessary cookies are always on; tick Statistics to allow anonymous usage analytics.
- Privacy Policy — the Vince privacy policy.
