Dashboards

Dashboards in Vince Platform are browser-based workspaces where your team can monitor, search, and act on live data — all in one place. Each dashboard is built from widgets that pull data from custom tables or workflows.

Creating a dashboard​

Navigate to Dashboards in the top menu and click + New Dashboard. Give it a name and click Save. You will land on an empty canvas ready to add widgets.

Adding widgets​

Click + Add Widget to open the widget picker. Select the widget type you want, configure it, and it will appear on the canvas. You can drag widgets to reposition them and resize them by dragging their edges.

Managing dashboards​

Multiple dashboards can coexist — one per team, process, or use case. From the Dashboards list you can:

  • Rename a dashboard
  • Duplicate a dashboard as a starting point for a new one
  • Delete a dashboard

Access and permissions​

Who can view or edit a dashboard is controlled by roles. Assign the relevant role to users or API clients under Administration → Access Management.
